Professional Background and Early Career
My career began at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the San Francisco/San Jose area, where I gained invaluable experience in software license management around IBM, HP, Microsoft and other software vendors. I also assisted with SOX audits and business/IT controls. Later, I joined Oracle’s License Management Servers (LMS) group, performing license audits and contributing to the development of audit tools and methodologies.

In 2016, I founded Redwood Compliance LLC to help companies maximize the value of their Oracle investments. Over time, we expanded our services to include Microsoft, IBM, Quest, VMware, Red Hat and SAP license management. Recently, we added IT/cloud cost management and migration planning to our portfolio of capabilities. With these capabilities, in addition to key software license management expertise, we also assist clients with optimizing cloud spending and providing detailed cost assessments.
Expertise and Team
I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering, along with an MBA (Internal Audit) from Louisiana State University. Based in San Jose, California, I live with my wife and three children. Having the expert professionals in Redwood Compliance's team enables us to perform efficient and complex engagements, assisting clients across various industries with license management and IT cost optimization.
